How do I purchase a protocol?
Simply browse our store, add the desired protocol to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an instant download link.
How do I download my purchased protocol?
Right after completing your purchase, you will:
- Be redirected to a download page where you can instantly download your protocol.
- Receive a confirmation email with a secure download link.
If you don't see the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
- First, check your spam/junk folder.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@fitxperienceshop.com with your order number, and we’ll resend the link ASAP.
Can I download my protocol multiple times?
Yes! The download link remains active, but we recommend saving a copy of your protocol as soon as you download it. If you lose access, contact us for assistance.
Do you offer refunds on protocols?
